Restaurant Delivery Dispatcher

Role Overview:

Uber is looking for a Restaurant Delivery Dispatcher to play a vital role in keeping our food delivery network running smoothly behind the scenes. In this position, you'll act as a crucial link between local restaurants, hungry customers, and our delivery partners to ensure every order gets where it needs to go efficiently.

What You'll Need:

• All delivery workers must provide their Social Security number so a background check can be completed.
• If you plan to deliver by car, you must be at least 19 years old, have a valid driver's license, and use a 2-door or 4-door vehicle.
• Motorized scooter deliveries require you to be at least 19 years old and hold a valid driver's license. The scooter must be under 50cc.
• For deliveries made by bicycle or on foot, you must be at least 18 years old and provide a government-issued ID.

Why This Role Works for You:

• Choose Your Schedule: Set your own working hours and decide how much you want to work. The role can fit around part-time, full-time, seasonal, or temporary schedules.
• Get Paid Quickly: With Instant Pay, you can access your earnings without having to wait for a regular payday and cash out multiple times throughout the day.
• Stay in Control: You have the freedom to choose when and where you work, allowing you to build a schedule that suits your needs.
• Earn Extra Income: Whether you're looking to supplement your existing income or make this your main source of earnings, the role gives you the flexibility to work toward your financial goals.

Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. We started in 2010 to solve a simple problem: How do you get access to a ride at the touch of a button? More than 34 billion trips later, we're building products to get people closer to where they want to be. By changing how people, food, and things move through cities, Uber is a platform that opens up the world to new possibilities.

Delivery drivers and couriers using Uber are independent contractors who work on their own schedule with flexible hours. Uber is available in more than 15,000 cities worldwide. Signing up is easy for most people. We welcome drivers and couriers who are active on other apps and services. Delivering with Uber is a good way to earn additional money. And you might also be eligible to drive with Uber. It's easy to get started.
